The aims and objectives of the REPUBLIC YOUTH FEDERATION are to promote the welfare and quality of life of the people of India, regardless of gender, race, colour, nationality, religion or political creed, by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organizations and people in a common effort to advance education, and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation or other leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the people of India. REPUBLIC YOUTH FEDERATION shall have a special responsibility of promoting and providing facilities for students and youth of India.
SOME OF ITS MAIN AIMS AND OBJECTIVES ARE :-
To offer understanding and acceptance to each individual according to his/her needs.
To give opportunities to learn how to be part of a group and the responsibilities that entails - team work and co-operation.
To provide an interesting and varied programe of activities to encourage and to benefit their ‘all round’ development and give every young person the opportunity to reach their fullest potential by:
Offering a positive framework where young people can be themselves and try new skills and experiences without the fear of failure or criticism.
Having the opportunity through these experiences for self expression and to gain self-esteem Working with each member individually, to know them and encourage them to find out more about themselves and their abilities, and to overcome any difficulties in order to pursue their goals.
To provide a full programme on meeting nights and at other times where appropriate, to include sports activities, team games, challenges, co-operative games, new skills, crafts, drama, music, cooking, outdoor activities, camping, outings within large groups or smaller groups.
To Organize events,rallies,lectures,Concerts and play an active role in creating a better nation for future.
To Provide a new generation of leadership prepared to meet the challenges of tomorrow with a recognition that we are all one human family.
To engages the expertise and passion of dedicated young professionals to live life for the welfare of others.
To take up effective but reasonable and lawful steps for eradication of social evils such as dowry system, corruption,use of intoxicated drugs,etc.To impart environmental protection programs.
To organize awareness camp on natural disaster & provide relief services due to natural disaster like flood,fire,earthquake and famine,etc.
To Educate & Train the Poor about Self Employment policies.To protect the environment and water resources of earth.
To create the sense of man,integration,awareness and Unity of Nation.To arrange and organize eye $ blood donation camps and rural health programs.
To create a sense of brotherhood,cooperation,mutual harmony, love and affection among the society and general public.
We train young men and women in leadership and conflict resolution and give them opportunities to have a direct impact in trouble spots through interfaith conflict resolution campaigns and service work.
